Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Design - Compared to Original Flak Jacket As a big Oakley Fan & Golfer and owning over 20 pairs of Oakley sun glasses. Especially multiple pairs of Flak Jackets and Radars for golf use. The Flak 2.0 XL has a bad frame design of having a piece of the frame coming into your peripheral vision on each side of the glasses. Very big distraction for golf. As you can see in the photo the side ear piece on each side of the O comes into the lens which feels like your in a box and it's a big distraction. I do no recommend the Flak 2.0 at all. Stick to the original Flak Jackets. Oakley please redesign this frame so there is no visual problems. The Uranium looks like the same design also..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Lenses for Watermen I'm a SUP instructor, providing tours on a daily basis on the Gulf Coast of FL. Perfection, simply the best lense I've ever used for water sports. I was skeptical because I paddle in deep and shallow waters, they work AMAZING regardless of the depth. If I take them off I can't see bottom of the bay in 3-5 feet of water. Allows to filter out the sun, shadows, and glare leaving you with a crisp, clean yet vivid view of sea life. I love the new Flak 2.0 design versus the original/older Flak Jacket XLJ style. Super light, extra sticky grip keeps my shades from sliding or moving as I paddle. Couldn't be more pleased with frame and especially the new lense.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply Sic! I've had the flak 2.0XL for about a week now. It's been awhile since I've wore an Oakley sport frame...... since highschool baseball. I was wearing the polarized gascans. I'm constantly working outside and sweating and the gascans would slip a little here and there, hence the term "lifestyle" sunglasses. So far with the flak 2.0XL no slipping has occurred, they are lightweight and very stylish. I highly recommend them to anyone. Note: If you are ordering custom and choose the slate ear socks they are a lot lighter than what's on the customization process online.... I have a matte black frame and thought the slate socks would match the matte black better.... the slate is more grey than a charcoal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They Float!!!!! I purchased these about a month ago to replace yet another pair of Oakley's that I have lost in the ocean while Jet Skiing! I once again hit a monster wave that submarined my Jet Ski! Upon resurface, to my demise I realized that my Oakley's had fallen victim! Upset and distraught I began to look around the Jet ski to see if they could have possibly have fallen into the Jet Ski....... No such luck SMH... My fiancée that was on her Jet Ski Hurried over to give me a Hi Five on an awesome wave! As she approached my Ski, she burst out and says YOUR OAKLEY'S ARE FLOATING!!!! What an awesome feeling!!! I love these Flak 2.0 XL.. I don't know if Oakley had intended these to float, but they do!!!! Thank You Oakley!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not enough tint The glasses work as advertized but leave something to be desired. I bought them for driving. The clairity is amazing espesially with the periferal vision. The fit is a small gap to the side of my head so they fit well inside my racing helmet. They might be the perfect sport casual glasses were it not for the lack of brightness reduction. It doesnt matter how clear and crisp the road contrast is with eye strain / fatigue setting in so quickly. Ultimately ill keep em but im not able to use them early in the morning or in the evening when the sun is low. You cannot have the sun in your view with these glasses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent shades I needed a new pair of glasses and I wanted a pair that I could wear with work clothes, but also use on the weekends for sports. The glasses are incredibly light and fit perfectly so they don't move around. I have received multiple complements on the lenses, and I love the blue tint. The PRIZM lenses definitely make a difference. I have other Oakley polarized lenses which are excellent, these just filter certain colors for added clarity and definition.. These are for deep water but I use them for driving and sports. I would highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but not great Got these sunglasses because I was tired of cheap sunglasses breaking. Although they do not disappoint, they never wowed me away. I use them for both baseball and cycling. For someone with a regular sized head, they seem slightly large. I can confidently run and bike without them falling off of my face. This being said, one of the lenses fell out after storing them in my bag. Now, the replacement lenses I bought don't seem to want to stay in as well. Just something to consider if you are going to switch between prizm lenses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a great pair of sunglasses For years I went with cheaper sunglasses using the excuse that I would lose or break them. Wow am I glad I finally purchased some Oakleys! What a great pair of glasses! Lightweight and sturdy! I can see perfectly in the morning driving east torward work and again driving west home at night. No need for the sun visor! Of course I take extra good care of these. Cleaned and put in case after use and cleaned prior to putting them on. I couldn't be happier with these! Also talked a buddy who felt the same way into oakleys and he is happy and impressed with his as well!
