Gives me a rash on my temples
I got these glasses in Jan 2018. I JUST realized the reason the sides of my face, only on/near my temples-exactly where these frames touch my face, have been “breaking out” for the last year!!!! I am allergic to something in the frames. I have a nickel sensitivity, so I wonder if that’s why. I specifically asked if there was nickel in these frames, and I was told no at the store. I can’t find info on this... but it’s either nickel, or some other material I’m allergic to!! Can someone contact me about a possible return/exchange?? I do really like the look of these frames, but I’m Thinking there is some kind of cheap metal in them.

Designer Frames
While choosing the best frames for my face, this one received the best reviews from the help I got while in the store. However, because it's Vogue, the price for the frames were a little steep. Paid around $400 for the entire service, which means about half of that were for the frames. They are sturdy/durable. Also, the ends of the frames that meet behind the ears kind of pinches a bit. And I never thought I'd buy purple frames. All my previous glasses have been either black or blue...and one red.

Bifocal positioning
As an out of Province customer I was disappointed to learn there was no longer same day service.They were to be mailed to me within a week however after contacting them they asked when I would be picking my new glasses up!!
The Rep I had was a trainee and she did not explain the position of bifocal being all across the lense or in one area straight ahead - Thanks to the Manager for checking my order with previous purchases and explained the difference. I would not have been a happy customer.
I am pleased with the frames I picked out and have been complimented on them.

Have had my glasses for a few weeks now. Very pleased with them. The lens are perfect and the service was exceptional. Right from the start with the Dr. to the LensCrafters staff.
There was a trainee there and he was so good with me. We must have tried about 20 pairs. He never got frustrated nor rude. The glasses were ready when promised and the manager of the store along with the trainee completed my transaction. The manager was exceptional she was an excellent trainer. Was really impressed with the manager. Will definitely recommend my location to all.

Not so happy
My prescription is really strong and I veered away from metal frames that I currently have to go with these plastic frames and they are too heavy!! I can wear my glasses for only a couple of hours because of the weight. I wish the employee at LensCrafters who helped me could have pointed that out before I purchased it. I would have gone back to metal frames.

A Pop of Color!!
I decided to change my eyeglass frames with my new prescription this Summer. Since I wear progressive bifocals, I kept the same boring frames for a number of years. It was time for a change and a "pop" of color. In this case, purple. I love them!
