One World. One Passion. OneSightSM
More than 250 million adults and children worldwide suffer from poor vision because they don't have access to eye exams and eyeglasses. That's why LensCrafters is so proud to be part of OneSight. Founded in 1988 and inspired by LensCrafters, OneSight, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, is a family of charitable programs dedicated to improving vision for those in need through outreach, research and education. And through OneSight, our employees (along with doctors of optometry) hand-deliver eye care and eye wear worldwide through Global Eye Care Clinics and here at home through Regional Eye Care and Vision Van Clinics and through in-store programs.
To date, we have helped more than six million people around the world see more clearly. OneSight also funds research and education programs, totaling more than $6 million to date, for vision preservation grants and scholarships to students pursuing degrees in Optometry.
How Can You Help The World See with OneSight?
Supporting OneSight is simple. We invite you to get involved with our charity by donating your gently used eyewear at a LensCrafters near you. We gladly accept women's, men's and children's prescription glasses, bifocals and non-prescription sunglasses. You can also help by making monetary donations to the OneSight Foundation to help fund OneSight programs in your own community, in North America and around the world.
