Blue light is a range of light including blue-violet light, LED blue light, and blue-turquoise light, and comes primarily from the sun and it's what makes the sky look blue. Artificial blue light is also emitted by devices like computers, smartphones, flat-screen televisions LED lights, and energy-efficient light bulbs.
Blue-Violet Light filtering lenses help reduce exposure to blue-violet light from the sun - our primary source of blue-violet light, even
indoors - along with other sources like digital screens and indoor fluorescent light.

Blue-Violet light filtering
These lenses are designed to reduce exposure to blue-violet light from the sun. They're available for prescription and non-prescription glasses.
Avoid using digital devices an hour before trying to sleep
Don't take phones and tablets to bed. The blue-turquoise light (between 460-500 nm) from your digital display may keep you awake.
Follow the 20-20-20 rule
Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for about 20 seconds. This will help your eyes refocus and fight computer eye fatigue.
*Blue-violet light is between 400 and 455nm as stated by ISO TR 20772:2018.
You may only compare up to 4 frames.
