There is no cost to join the program. The monthly fee can vary based on the frame and lens choices you choose for your 2 or 3 pairs of prescription glasses.

To join, please visit us at your nearest, participating LensCrafters location and our associates will assist you in getting signed up. Currently, participating locations are stores in the following states CA, NC, NY, OH, PA, VA, WV. (More stores to be added in the upcoming months)

Anyone can sign up! For anyone under the age of 18, you will need a parent or guardian to sign up for you.

- Eye Exam Credit – up to $100 reimbursement credit for your eye exam cost that is applied to your program’s monthly payment obligations in year 2 of the plan
- 2 Year Price Lock
- 2 new prescription glasses (after 12 months) by signing up for a new contract under the program
- 2-year Eyewear Protection Plan for each pair of glasses (See your Eyewear Protection Plan terms for complete coverage details.)

After 12 months of being in the program, you have 1 year to upgrade your LensCrafters+ program with 2 new pairs of prescription glasses.

You can view the status of your payments, including any paid or outstanding payments, by logging into your account at https://lenscraftersplus.lenscrafters.com/ and by visiting the payment methods section.

You can change your payment methods at any time by logging into your account at https://lenscraftersplus.lenscrafters.com/ and visiting the payment methods section. You can then choose which payment method you wish to be your primary payment method, and you can add or remove a payment method at any time. We require you to always have two active and valid payment methods in your account.

You can use a credit card or debit card as payment methods.

To cancel your LensCrafters+ program, please visit a participating LensCrafters store (which offers the LensCrafters+ program) and the LensCrafters team will help advise on how to proceed. You can cancel your program at any time by returning your products that are under the program contract. The return of the product(s) can be brought to a participating LensCrafters store (which offers the LensCrafters+ program) in good condition (reasonable wear and tear expected); if you have concerns with cancelling, please contact us at 1-877-753-6727 (See your LensCrafters+ Retail Installment Agreement- Cancellation section for further details.)

You can choose from over 30 designer brands and many different lens options! We do have some frame exclusions which can be found here: Brunello Cucinelli, Cartier, Christian Dior, Ferrari Cavallino, LINDBERG, Maui Jim, Chanel, Nuance Audio, Ray-Ban Meta, Oakley Meta, Stellest, and Ray-Ban Display.

You will receive 2 years of coverage for your glasses with an unlimited number of repairs or replacements with no co-pay, unless you opt out of coverage. EPP coverage includes cracked or scratched lenses or frames, breakdowns due to normal wear and tears, and defects in materials and workmanship. To claim your credit, get your annual eye exam at any doctor of your choice any time after 12 months of being in the LensCrafters+ program. Bring in your valid, updated prescription and eye exam payment receipt any time after 12 months, and you will get a reimbursement of up to $100 on your eye exam cost credited to your plan’s monthly payment obligations. The claimed credit will be divided evenly across your monthly payments. See LensCrafters + Terms and Conditions for details)

This would follow the LensCrafters standard Happiness Guarantee policy; if you don’t love your glasses for any reason, you can return them to the store for free within 30 days to receive a full refund or replacement, subject to the following provision: you must return all products under the program for a refund or exchange of all products under the program, in accordance with the Happiness Guarantee. You may then enter into a new program contract when exchanging all products.
