You can return your eyewear for a full refund or replace them within 30 days of the dispense date, which is the day they arrive at your home or the day you purchase them in store.

Please note: we can't refund or replace eyewear if they aren't in their original condition (e.g. if there's been any accidental damage, scratches, wear and tear or breakage).

REQUEST A RETURN
  1. To get the ball rolling, please visit our Return Request page and provide your item(s) and order details. Within 48 hours, we will email a prepaid shipping label or an update on your request.
  2. Once you get the email, print out the prepaid shipping label, pack up the product in the same box, attach the shipping label and send it on off.
  3. On receiving the returned product, we'll refund your purchase on the card you used at checkout. This process can take about 7-10 days. You'll receive an email confirming your refund, but if you feel it's been too long, please give our customer service a call.

RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you purchased your eyewear in store, returning is simple. All you have to do is:

  1. Take them back to the same location you bought them at.
  2. Make sure they're in original condition and undamaged.
  3. Bring your receipt and an associate will guide you through the return process.

Our return policy will be extended for an extra 30 days once our stores re-open.
