Rated 1 out of 5 by from Workers were ok. I Wasn't really happy with my glasses a couple of years ago when I got my glasses from you. Like an idiot I came back to you recently to buy another pair of glasses. I guess because I have dealt with you for many years. But, no more. My glasses have not fit me well and I spend a lot of time having them adjusted. It seems that since you have this new equipment that is suppose to do a better job than humans used to do, I have not gotten a decent fit. After many years dealing with you, I will not be back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LenseCrafters Ross ParkMall I Bought these glasses and lenses at the Ross park Mall Pittsburgh, Pa location. have the transition progressive lenses they are awesome. LenseCrafters NO longer does their glasses in store they send them out to be done. I had my eye exam on a Sunday and chose my frames and lenses that same day. the glasses were to be back the following Monday but were back 4 days early love everything about the frames and the lenses this isn't my first time wearing progressives but is my first pair of transitions which i love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement glasses - I lost my first pair I bought my first pair of glasses here. Loved everything about them. Then I lost them after 6 months. I went back because I love this store and the people are great who work with you to get new ones. However this pair, something is wrong with the prescription or something. For the distance its kinda blurry, I can't see signs until Im under them, I can't watch TV in them or drive. They are good for reading only. I am going to bring them in and see if you can help me with this. Thank you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT HAPPY When I got my glasses I had been looking through lenses that had been damaged by my puppy so I was excited to have glasses that were not scratched. After getting home I realized the lenses have a yellow tenting not clear like I was expecting. The lenses also feel rough around the edges , they work as far as my seeing but I will not be getting new glasses here again. I live 80 miles from the store and make a special trip to get them there but not again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I was looking for! I like my new glasses. They are lightweight, and have no bottom rim, similar to my old frames that are no longer available. The progressive lenses are great, just like in the past. I would purchase these again. I wear my glasses everyday and bought them in the store. My only concern is that the bows only have one contact point and might break more easily than other designs, but so far I have had no issues.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from on vaction I forgot my glassess and needed to see I forgot my glasses and needed to see on vacation , this is what Lenscrafters could quickly come up with. These are not the frames I picked out in the store and was expecting as well as the clerk measured for , however the lenses were correct and for a brief period of time I was without my regular glasses just happy to see and not have to wait till I was back home. These are now a backup pair left in the suitcase in case that ever happens again as they are quite ugly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 66% satisfied The prescription is very good. I like the look of the glasses. However, I have been to LensCrafters 5 times to adjust the fitting. The ear pieces are finally comfortable--actually I adjusted them myself to get them right. The nose pieces have been replaced and they are still kind of uncomfortable--still have red circles on my nose and by the end of the day, I am glad to take them off. I am sorry to have to put them back on.They feel like they are too heavy. I have been wearing glasses for 50 years. I have never had such trouble being comfortable in a pair of glasses. It's probably not the glasses's fault. They have to sit high on my nose so that the reading portion of the trifocals are in the right place. I like the glasses, but it's kind of bad when you dread putting them on.
