Poor quality
Very disappointed this time. I live 3 hours from Lenscrafters so I drive over, get fitted for my glasses and then they are shipped to me when complete. These glasses sit crooked on my face. The piece across the nose is soooo noticeably bent and make the lens' out of focus because they are not set at the right angle. I had already driven over twice so I was not going back again. Set them back for a refund.

Great quality
My only problem is I waited too long and should have come back it as the bifocal line is not good. The glasses are not big enough to support bifocal. The frame is awesome and they look great but now I'm stuck for a few years with the bifocal line not being right.

I am still getting use to them. I've had them for a couple of months,but I do love them. Just can't seem to get use to the bifocial part of them.

I now remember why I got plastic frames last time.
I am quite disappointed with my new glasses. The nose pieces are constantly moving and digging into my nose, leaving red, almost to the point of bleeding, marks. I paid a ridiculous amount to get the graying lenses, which are pretty much worthless. I am still having to use my sunglasses over my eyeglasses.

Not very well built frame
I have only had these about 2 months when a small set has disappeared from the front of the frame. Also the ear piece interferes with my hearing aids. Wish I would have shopped a little longer in the frame section. Sales person not very helpful in helping with variety of frame choices.

Love my new glasses!
I especially like the transition lenses. I don't have to hunt for my sunglasses anymore. And the staff in the store were most helpful, knowledgeable & cordial. I had a truly enjoyable experience.
